For Lee & Mark – the opening of this wonderful, bespoke eatery & foodie concept, has been anticipated for the last two years! Finally, Fable opened its doors to the public in the first week of December 2021.
Those of your who have been spoilt by Babylonstoren in the Cape, might feel right at home in Fable – built like it has been here forever, gardens that will take your breath away – with amazing produce grown right outside the restaurant for use on their interesting and carefully thought out menu. Lee and I have enjoyed heavenly milkshakes, great coffees, an amazing avo, dukka & poached egg breakfast on sour dough bread as well as a simply sublime poke bowl tailored for us as vegetarians. Meat eaters – expect to be blown away by their burgers, thai chicken curry and more.
Watch this space for the TAP ROOM coming soon. (cannot wait to see how this concept is integrated into this beautiful space, PLUS a market I am sure will impress, given the upmarket, gorgeous feel when you enter the magical place called FABLE!
Highly recommended – 9/10 (This is one of our favourite places for breakfast or lunch by far!)
